What we’re looking for
Blue/Meta is seeking an experienced Senior Outside Sales Rep to join the team in the lower mainland. We are looking for someone with strong contacts and existing relationships: this is your chance to break into the digital advertising industry with defined product offerings and incredible storytelling for brands.
We are looking for an individual who knows how to stay on top of business trends, speaks comfortably with C-level/VP-level executives, business owners, and creates excitement. Strong interpersonal skills, persistence in your hunt for leads, the ability to meet or exceed revenue goals, and meet deadlines are musts. Our Senior Outside Sales Reps are expected to interact with executives and decision-makers, so a strong phone and in-person presence is important. An ability to close, professionally and effectively, is critical.
- Responsible for acquiring new clients for the organization
- Drive exceptional sales growth by exceeding monthly targets
- Develop strategic relationships with various business associations and strategic partners
- Represent the company at social and networking functions
- Execute direct and indirect sales tactics to source leads
- Proactive management of follow-up schedules with prospective clients
- Conduct needs discovery meetings with potential clients
- Manage your CRM process flow, grow a strong pipeline of opportunities and contacts
- 5+ years of professional business development experience
- Strong network of existing contacts
- Experience presenting to senior executives and company owners
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Genuine curiosity of how businesses work
- Previous experience in selling services in a business development role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- A passion for digital marketing and technology
- Knowledge of Pipedrive CRM
